Create and schedule business processes to run on a regular basis, from multiple physical locations, to provide consistent and repeatable health checks on your web assets. Scripts can be written in Selenium (for all major browsers), using the new Google Puppeteer API, Simple HTTP checks, or even totally custom NodeJS scripts. An in-browser script-development UI is provided that enables script testing without having to setup complicated development environments. The robot component is designed to be deployed to numerous and different physical locations to compare performance and availability and requires only a universal forwarder. Remote locations can be configured from the central controller. All parts of this solution work on Linux or Windows.

The Performance Analysis Visualization allows you to compare two related metrics over time in a tabular format. Use cases include comparing your infrastructure and application health, showing performance and availability of synthetic monitoring scripts, and tracking build status vs code commits over time. This app provides a visualization that you can use in your own apps and dashboards.

PowerConnect for Splunk is an SAP-certified SAP Add-On that installs into any ABAP based NetWeaver system and uploads events directly to Splunk

This app allows you to syntax highlight SPL queries, .conf files, dashboards other files. When you "copy" the highlighted text and paste it in word documents or emails and the colors will be preserved. Perfect for sharing queries that users can understand more easily! Use the online version here: https://git.io/splhighlighter The online version is kinda like pastebin for SPL and config files

Sunburst visualization that is easy to use. Has tooltips and many configuration options such as optional breadcrumbs, label customisations and numerous color schemes. Sunburst charts are useful for displaying hierarchical data or the volume of traffic through a sequence of steps.

This app gives you a new way to visualize your data, allowing you to better communicate information in dashboards and reports. After installing this app you will see Heat Map Viz as an additional item in the visualization picker in Search and Dashboards. The Heat Map Viz shows a grid of related measurements, with the color intensity relative to the metric value. You can use the Heat Map Viz to provide information at a glance, in a dashboard panel.

This app provides a editor interface for viewing and editing Splunk files. It has the following features: * Code completion and tooltip hinting for '.conf' files (by loading the Splunk '.spec' files) * Code gutter highlights if the line can be found in btool and if it is valid according to spec files * Displays the spec files relevant to your Splunk installation * Diff files * Provides a syntax-highlighted interface to btool, and allows diffing against the currently running config * Embeds the excellent Microsoft Monaco editor (Visual Studio Code) - with three themes * Provides useful developer hooks (bump, debug refresh etc) that can be customised and extended * Optional version control of all changes by committing them to a git repository before and after changes * Works on Linux and Windows (it is quite slow on Windows) By default, the app is not able to save files, but this can be enabled from the "Settings" link. As this app provides unrestricted access to Splunk files, users must have the "admin" role to see the app.

This app gives you a new way to visualize your data, allowing you to better communicate information in dashboards and reports. The Performance Analysis Visualization allows you to compare two related metrics over time in a tabular format. Simple version control of Splunk. Zero-effort versioning of your dashboards, .conf changes, saved searches etc. This Splunk app will use git to track file changes on a schedule. It can then optionally push the changes to an external repository. This app is useful if you want to know what and when files change in your environment. Unfortunately this app won't tell you "who" made a change - but typically you can get a pretty good idea with the help of Splunk audit logs etc. Before each run, this app can run a btool dump of various conf files. This is important because individual savedsearches files reorder as they are updated through the UI, which makes diffs ugly. The btool dump is always in a consistent order. When changes are detected, an email can be sent showing the list of changed files. Sorry, does not work on Splunk Cloud. https://github.com/ChrisYounger/git_for_splunk
