Partnerverse Enrollment Application

I Agree (1) in order to stay eligible to participate as a partner in the Splunk Partner Program, I may be required to undergo additional screenings and answer additional questionnaires for Splunk's review and approval prior to submitting a referral to Splunk as an Enrolled partner, or prior to advancing to a higher Tier level; (2) I must meet and maintain the requirements of my Tier as set forth in the Program Guide which I will have access to once I decide to advance to a higher Tier level; (3) in order to reach a higher Tier level and receive the associated benefits, I must meet the additional requirements and criteria for that higher Tier level as set forth in the Program Guide that I will gain access to upon entering the Partner Portal; and (4) confirm the information provided herein is accurate and complete.

 

I Agree that neither I (the entity), nor any of my employees are on any of the relevant U.S. Government Lists of prohibited persons, including but not limited to the Treasury Department’s List of Specially Designated Nationals, and the Commerce Department’s List of Denied Persons or Entity List, and any other lists maintained by other applicable jurisdictions (collectively, “Denied Persons Lists”) --
